Hout:
Loszittende verflagen verwijderen. Oude, intacte verflagen reinigen met LAB cleaner en na wassen met schoon water. Ondergrond goed schuren en stofvrij maken. Kaal hout reinigen, opschuren en stofvrij maken en tot slot gronden met LAB wood primer interior. Tussen de grond- en aflaklagen licht schuren.
Alle andere ondergronden zoals metaal en diverse kunststoffen:
Reinig eerst met een goede ontvetter (zoals LAB cleaner), schuur zo mogelijk lichtjes op en grond met LAB multiprimer interior. Tussen de grond- en aflaklagen licht schuren.

HOEVEEL LAB CEMENTUM HEB JE NODIG?
LAB cementum is uitsluitend verkrijgbaar in complete sets, met of zonder coating. Er zijn twee verschillende sets beschikbaar:

Berekening: Meet de lengte en breedte van het oppervlak en vermenigvuldig deze met elkaar. Kies de juiste set op basis van het aantal vierkante meters.
WAAROM KIEZEN VOOR EEN SET INCLUSIEF COATING?
LAB cementum 3 maakt het oppervlak volledig waterdicht, zeer goed reinigbaar en daarmee uitermate geschikt voor vochtige ruimtes zoals de badkamer, keuken of het toilet.
WERKWIJZE
Voor een optimaal resultaat:
1. Voorbehandeling (indien nodig): Maak de ondergrond vetvrij met LAB cleaner. Verwijder eventuele losse verfresten, herstel beschadigingen met een passende muurvuller, schuur het oppervlak met een geschikte schuurspons: oranje of geel voor grondig schuren en blauw of groen voor licht opschuren en maak de ondergrond stofvrij.
2. LAB cementum 1: Breng 1 laag primer aan met een wallpaint roller (medium). Gebruik een wallpaint kwast voor randen en kleinere oppervlakken.
3. LAB cementum 2: Breng de betonlookverf aan met een wallpaint roller (medium) in 2 lagen, afhankelijk van het gewenste effect. Terwijl de verf nog nat is, bewerk je het oppervlak met een spaan of een breed plamuurmes. Gebruik vegende, draaiende of kriskras bewegingen om het gewenste effect en de structuur te creëren. Werk gelijkmatig en bepaal zelf hoeveel reliëf je wilt aanbrengen. Roer de verf goed door met de hand, of gebruik een boormachine en verfmixer voor een sneller en gelijkmatiger resultaat.
4. LAB cementum 3 (optioneel): Breng met een aqua roller 2 lagen coating aan voor extra bescherming. Werk in rechte, egale banen voor een waterdichte en goed reinigbare afwerking. Gebruik een wallpaint kwast voor randen en kleinere oppervlakken. Meng component A en B tot een homogene massa in een schone (verf)emmer. Roer de verf goed door met de hand, of gebruik bij voorkeur een boormachine en verfmixer voor een sneller en gelijkmatiger resultaat.
5. Gebruik hoogwaardige verfmaterialen die geschikt zijn voor muurverf, zoals de supreme wallpaint rollers en kwasten van LAB. Voor de coating is de LAB supreme aqua roller aanbevolen.
Tip! Kies voor het complete betonlook verwerkingspakket met een sterk gereduceerde prijs, zodat je zeker weet dat je alles in huis hebt voor jouw schilderproject. Kies uit pakket 1 (zonder verwerkingsmaterialen voor de coating) of pakket 2 (inclusief verwerkingsmaterialen voor de coating).

LAB vloercoating (rapid) is een sterk, slijtvast afwerksysteem voor binnenvloeren. Het geeft een vlakke vloer de uitstraling van een moderne gietvloer of jouw houten vloer een nieuwe look zónder de hoge kosten of ingewikkelde applicatie. Het systeem is geschikt voor uiteenlopende ondergronden zoals beton, hout of tegels. Ideaal voor woonruimtes, slaapkamers, kantoren of winkels.

Alle pakketten zijn afgestemd op het juiste verbruik per laag en bevatten voldoende materiaal voor een volledige opbouw.
WERKWIJZE
1. Voorbehandeling (indien nodig): Maak de ondergrond stof- en vetvrij met LAB cleaner, herstel beschadigingen en schuur waar nodig. LAB vloercoating (rapid) is géén egalisator, houd hier dus rekening mee.
2. Breng één laag impregneer aan (alleen bij het standaardpakket). Gebruik een platte kwast synthetisch voor randen en hoeken en een microvezel synthetisch coating- en lakroller voor grotere vlakken. Droogtijd: circa 2 uur.
3. Breng één laag primer aan. Droogtijd: circa 4 uur.
4. Breng twee lagen coating aan. Tussenlagen laten drogen: ± 8 uur per laag.
Optioneel: Breng één laag slijtvast transparant aan als extra bescherming.
Tip! Kies voor het complete vloercoating verwerkingspakket zodat je alles in huis hebt voor jouw schilderproject.

LAB BADKAMERCOATING (RAPID)
LAB badkamercoating (rapid) is een hoogwaardig en waterdicht wandafwerksysteem voor badkamers en natte ruimtes. Ideaal als je een strak, modern alternatief zoekt voor tegels – maar ook geschikt om direct over bestaande tegels aan te brengen. Het systeem bestaat uit twee of drie producten (afhankelijk van de ondergrond): een impregneer, primer en coating. Dankzij de snelle verwerkingstijd en duurzame samenstelling is je badkamer in slechts één dag klaar. De coating is geschikt voor toepassing in de gehele badkamer, inclusief de doucheruimte (m.u.v. de vloer).
Kies het juiste pakket op basis van de ondergrond: standaardpakket voor stuc/pleisterwerk of het tegelpakket voor bestaande tegelwanden.

WELK PAKKET HEB JE NODIG?
Meet de lengte en breedte van het oppervlak en vermenigvuldig deze met elkaar. Bepaal of je het pakket van 5 m², 10 m² of 25 m² nodig hebt. Kies vervolgens:
• Standaardpakket (voor stuc/pleisterwerk): bevat impregneer, primer en coating
• Tegelpakket (voor bestaande tegelwanden): bevat primer en coating – impregneer is hier niet nodig
Alle pakketten zijn afgestemd op het juiste verbruik per laag en bevatten voldoende materiaal voor een volledige opbouw.
WERKWIJZE
1. Voorbehandeling (indien nodig): Maak de ondergrond vetvrij met LAB cleaner, herstel beschadigingen met een muurvuller. Heb je tegels? Gebruik dan epoxyplamuur. Verwijder bestaande kitranden en schuur met een oranje of gele schuurspons. Voor licht opschuren gebruik je de blauwe of groene variant.
2. Breng één laag impregneer aan (alleen bij het standaardpakket). Gebruik een platte kwast synthetisch voor randen en hoeken en een microvezel synthetisch coating- en lakroller voor grotere vlakken. Droogtijd: circa 2 uur.
3. Breng één laag primer aan. Droogtijd: circa 4 uur.
4. Breng twee lagen coating aan. Laat de lagen circa 3 uur drogen.

Application
Which paint is suitable for my project?
This depends on the surface and the desired end result. Matte wall paint is often used for walls and ceilings, while woodwork and furniture are better treated with a lacquer paint. For tailored advice, you can always contact us.
Do I need to use a primer before painting?
A primer is not always necessary, but is recommended for:
- New or untreated surfaces (such as bare wood or plaster)
- Painting over dark colors with a light color
- Smooth or difficult to adhere materials (such as tiles or metal)
Use a good adhesion primer to improve the coverage and durability of your paint.
How much paint do I need?

Is the paint washable?
Many of our types of paint are wipeable or even fully washable. Choose a scrub-resistant or extra matte paint if you want a surface that is highly resistant to dirt and stains.
Can I paint over an existing layer of paint?
Yes, provided the surface is well prepared. Clean the surface, sand lightly if necessary, and use a primer on smooth or dark surfaces.

How long does it take to have my order at home?
Ordered on working days (Monday to Friday) before 3:00 PM is shipped the same working day. In many cases, the order is then delivered the next working day. If you order before 11:59 PM, your order will be delivered the next working day in the evening by Trunkrs (between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM). You can also choose Same Day Delivery: ordered before 11:00 AM on working days, delivered the same evening by Trunkrs.
What are the shipping costs?

For orders over €50, shipping is free (except for Same Day Delivery). For orders under €50, the following amounts apply:
