Return Policy – LAB COLOUR THE WORLD

At LAB COLOUR THE WORLD, we place great value on customer satisfaction. If you wish to return an order, you can do so under certain conditions.

Right of Withdrawal

For online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason. However, this does not apply to custom-made products.

Exception: color-mixed paint

Paint from brands like LAB, Little Greene, Farrow & Ball, and Pure & Original is mixed to color according to your specifications. Therefore, this paint is considered custom-made and cannot be returned.

Return Procedure

Want to return a product? Follow these steps:

1. Within 14 days, send an email to contact@labcolourtheworld.com with a clear statement of your withdrawal.
2. You will receive a return ticket for PostNL via email.
3. Pack the product as you received it – including plastic bag and protective filling material.
4. Add a printout of your order confirmation and specify which products you are returning.
5. Print and attach the PostNL return label to the box.
6. Bring the package to a PostNL point.

Refund

• After receiving your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.
• Did you keep part of your order? You will only receive the amount for the returned products, excluding shipping and handling costs.

Depreciation

For consumables such as paint and coatings, you don't need to open the product to assess it. An opened product cannot be returned, as we can no longer guarantee its quality. In that case, the depreciation amounts to 100%.

Return Costs

• The return costs (approximately €5.95, depending on the order) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
• Free returns are possible in our concept store in Bussum.
