For the team at the commercial inside sales department, we would like to get in touch with candidates who can optimally support our customers with advice, purchase, and questions about our products.

COMMERCIAL INSIDE SALES EMPLOYEE (32-40 hours per week)

You are responsible for sales support and after-sales for all our customers of the concept store and the webshop. The tasks consist of:

• developing and following up on quotes for consumers, stylists, and companies.
• answering questions and providing (technical) paint and color advice via phone, email, or social media about paint, wallpaper, painting supplies, and applications.
  
• communication with suppliers and transporters.
• handling complaints and returns in a customer-friendly manner.
  

What we offer:

• Salary between €2,800 and €3,400 gross per month (at 40 hours), depending on experience.

Who are you?

• You have an MBO working and thinking level.
• You are commercial and customer-oriented, work in a structured manner, and think in solutions.
• An affinity with paint, interior, or color is a plus.
