Antoinette Poisson Noisettes
Noisettes | 105A
Antoinette Poisson Noisettes features a hazelnut design with leaves and fruit, in the house’s botanical tradition. The small repeat and natural pattern bring a sense of calm to the wall and a rustic touch. A design that works all year round.
SPECIFICATIONS
✔ Strip width 91.3 cm / strip height 280 cm
✔ Straight match, pattern repeat 24.33 cm
✔ Non-woven wallpaper, 165 g/m² - apply adhesive to the wall
HOW MANY STRIPS DO YOU NEED?
Antoinette Poisson wallpaper is supplied in strips 91.3 cm wide and 280 cm high. The number of strips depends on the width of your wall; the pattern repeat varies by design and affects the amount of material lost when trimming.
Please note: Antoinette Poisson wallcoverings are specially ordered for you and therefore cannot be returned. Not sure? Order a sample first or view the wallpaper at our concept store in Bussum. You can also browse the wallpaper book there and see the texture up close.
Use the LAB wallpaper calculator for a quick and accurate calculation. Or email contact@labcolourtheworld.com with your wall measurements (and a simple drawing if applicable), and we’ll calculate it for you.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Ensure the surface is smooth, dry and even. Fill any holes or smooth out any uneven areas.
2. Use a professional vinyl wallpaper adhesive, such as Arte Clearpro.
3. Apply the adhesive directly to the wall. Hang the strips tightly side by side without overlapping.
4. Use a soft roller to prevent air bubbles and creases.
Trim off any excess neatly with a sharp knife for a clean finish.
Pair it with our wallpaper installation kits for the right tools and adhesive.
SUITABLE SURFACES
✔ Cement-based walls (e.g. concrete, plaster)
✔ Plasterboard
✔ Smooth, existing painted surfaces
✔ MDF or plywood (provided it has been properly primed)
Please note: for the best results, surfaces must be dry, dust-free and even.
ABOUT ANTOINETTE POISSON WALLPAPER
A Paris chez Antoinette Poisson was founded in 2012 by Vincent Farelly, Jean-Baptiste Martin and Julie Stordiau, three paper restorers who revived the forgotten technique of dominoterie. Domino paper is the 18th-century forerunner of wallpaper: small sheets printed by hand from engraved woodblocks and coloured using stencils. The house is named after Jeanne-Antoinette Poisson, Marquise de Pompadour, and works from Paris and its own studio in Brittany to create wallpaper, fabrics and objects that carry on the charm of the intimate 18th-century interior.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Application
This depends on the dimensions of your wall and the type of wallpaper (for example, with or without pattern repeat). Use our wallpaper calculator or contact us for help calculating the right amount.
For most wallpaper projects, we recommend Arte Clear Pro wallpaper adhesive. This glue is high quality and suitable for various types of wallpaper. Always check the specifications of your wallpaper to see if this adhesive is suitable. Unsure? Contact us, and we will be happy to advise you.
For the best result, we recommend making the wall as smooth as possible before applying the wallpaper. If the texture is too rough, it may remain visible through the wallpaper.
To remove wallpaper, you can use a wallpaper steamer or wet the wallpaper with water and a splash of dish soap. Let it soak for a while, then carefully scrape the wallpaper off the wall. Non-woven wallpaper is often easier to remove when dry.
This depends on the type of wallpaper. Many types of wallpaper can be lightly wiped off with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents. Always check the product information for specific maintenance advice.
