Senior Content Marketer

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a senior content marketer, you combine strategic insight with a hands-on mentality. You create content yourself but also maintain oversight, carefully monitor planning and quality, and support the team leader in coordinating content projects. Additionally, you lead projects to strongly present new concepts and collections from the content strategy.

You coordinate content projects from briefing to delivery, assign tasks within the team, and monitor deadlines and quality.

You create attractive, converting, and thoughtful content that strengthens our brand. across various channels.

You contribute ideas for new creative content concepts and translate campaigns and projects into a concrete content plan.

You analyze performance and translate insights into concrete optimizations.

You ensure the publication and further development of content in our CMS and email tools.

You act as a sparring partner for the content marketing team leader and assist in establishing structure and priorities.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
We are looking for someone who has the following:

At least 4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a coordinating or senior content role.

A completed higher professional education degree.

Excellent knowledge of the Dutch language.

Project management skills: you are used to managing multiple projects simultaneously.

You have both analytical and creative skills, are stress-resistant, work independently, and take ownership of your projects.

You work carefully and maintain consistency in tone or voice and quality of content.

You are curious about the technical side of our products and want to learn more about it.

Experience working with CMS and CRM systems (such as Shopify and Klaviyo) and marketing tools (such as Google Search Console and Canva) is a pré.

We offer a complete benefits package. Salary indication between €3,500 and €4,200 gross per month based on 40 hours, travel allowance, 25 vacation days, remote work options, and regular fun outings with the team. Together we work towards one goal: creating even more fans of LAB!
