Concept Store Manager (32-40 hours per week)
As store manager, you are ultimately responsible for the operations of the concept store. You ensure the store looks commercially perfect, coach the team, and make sure customers leave satisfied and with the right products. You identify commercial opportunities and optimize processes. You put this into practice together with your team. In this role, you work closely every day with the sales and logistics departments.
Your role in the LAB concept store:
- You provide a welcoming and personal reception for our customers.
- You ensure the proper composition of the team, coach employees, and foster a positive work atmosphere.
- You ensure the right commercial appearance.
- You ensure the practical application of commercial principles in contact with our customers.
- You are responsible for the optimal availability of products.
- You are responsible for achieving the budget, including cost control.
- You are familiar with working with KPIs such as turnover, results, and customer satisfaction.
What we offer:
- Salary between €4,000 and €4,500 gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on experience.
- An independent role within an inspiring, creative environment.

- Working hours by agreement (opening hours Mon-Fri 7:00-18:00, Sat 8:00-17:00).

Who are you?
- You have HBO-level work and thinking skills and leadership experience in retail.
- You are commercial and customer-focused, work in an organized way, and think in solutions.
- You can motivate and develop a team.
- Affinity with paint, interior, or color is a plus.
