Terms and Conditions: Color your world with €500 worth of LAB paint

1. Organizer

This giveaway is organized by LAB paint, part of LAB Shops B.V., located in Bussum, Netherlands.

2. Duration of the promotion

The giveaway runs from November 12 to November 19, 2025.
The winner will be announced on November 21, 2025 via the official Instagram account @labcolourtheworld.

3. Participation

Anyone 18 years or older residing in the Netherlands or Belgium can participate.
Participation is free and without purchase obligation.

To participate, participants must engage with the official giveaway post on LAB's social media channel (Instagram @labcolourtheworld):

• Follow the official account @labcolourtheworld

• Like the giveaway post

• Tag at least two people under the post.
  

Each participant may enter only once.

4. Prize

The winner will receive a LAB gift card worth €500, redeemable for LAB paint products. After the winner is announced, they will receive a discount code that can only be used on labcolourtheworld.com. The discount code can be applied at checkout.
The prize is personal and cannot be exchanged for money or other products.

5. Winner & Announcement

The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries and announced via the original post and on the stories of @labcolourtheworld on November 21, 2025.
The winner will also receive a personal message via Instagram.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, LAB paint reserves the right to select a new winner.

6. Liability

LAB paint is not responsible for technical malfunctions or other issues that may prevent participation in the promotion.
This giveaway is not sponsored, managed, or associated with Meta, Instagram, or Facebook.
Participants indemnify Meta, Instagram, and Facebook from any liability.

7. Personal Data

Personal data of participants will only be used for the execution of this promotion (contacting the winner) and will not be shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes, unless explicit permission is given.

8. Other

LAB paint reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time if circumstances require it.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.
