Only four years after graduating from the Royal College of Art in London with a master's in textiles, Kit Miles is a rising star in the world of interior designers. A combination of fine drawings, highly detailed images, and tasteful use of color are the core values. A wallpaper collection where surrealism, botanical prints, and geometry come together. 

What is interesting about Miles' work is his ability to use the natural/angular visual tension to create a sense of ambiguity, making the designs vibrant and telling a story. Kit Miles: "I like to bring 'opposites' together in a new way - for example, strength and vulnerability - and to play with size so that two seemingly opposing elements can be combined in a way that hasn't been done before," he says. "Because I hand-draw all the images, I can be very flexible and quickly respond to a client's unique needs." Most projects involve rescaling a design or specifying different colors.
