Farrow & Ball Casein Distemper is a traditional, breathable wall paint with an ultra-matte finish (2% sheen) for untreated interior plastered and rendered walls and ceilings. The paint is made using traditional methods with high-quality pigments and requires no primer. Thanks to its breathable properties, Casein Distemper allows the plaster to breathe freely—ideal for delicate or salt-rich surfaces where modern paint would quickly blister. On surfaces with high or uneven porosity, dilute the paint with a little water for an even finish.
