Farrow & Ball Masonry & Plaster Stabilizing Primer
Use on indoor concrete floors as a base coat for Modern Eggshell and on interior and exterior walls to seal and stabilize porous, chalky, and crumbly surfaces. Provides excellent adhesion. Not suitable for use on new concrete. Not suitable as a universal primer for stable masonry (either bare or previously painted).
